10h – Sanary-sur-Mer, walk on the port where the daily fish market is. Walk up hill the get the best panorama over the little port full of traditional fishermen wooden boats and colorful and quaint houses. Visit the church Saint-Nazaire painted by a contemporary icones master.
11h – Chocolate tasting at Yves Thuries, recognized as « Meilleur ouvrier de France”, (the best craftsman).
11h30 – Appetizer by the Chocolaterie (Chocolate factory), wine or beer tasting.
12h – Drive to Le Camp du Castellet. Lunch at the Auberge du Camp, located in an ancient post house.
14h – Drive to Signes.
14h15 – Stop by Fouque, candy maker for five generations. Nougat tasting.
Drive to Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer by the D2 along the wine domain of the Bégude. It can be visited as most of domains under the appellation Bandol. Follow the drive by Ceyreste.
15h15 – Arrival in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer where is a reproduction of the Statue of Liberty signed by the sculptor Bartholdi. Stop by the cookie shop Biscuiterie du Sud-Est and Chocolat et délices located in the village.
15h45 – Follow the itinerary through the small road of « la Madrague » and « Port d’Alon » (a short hike can lead to the ancient path of custom officers from which you can access a gorgeous sand dune), arrival in Bandol. Stop by the Amandon de Provence, an artisanal chocolate maker.
In the evening drive back to Sanary-sur-Mer passing by Bandol.
